To the residents of Woodstream Community:
As you know, a major winter storm is approaching our area, and a very significant snowfall is expected. We have a contract with J & J Landscape Management to provide our community’s snow removal service. All residents should be aware that, while J & J will be coming through the neighborhood several times during the storm to plow all streets within our community, the sidewalks along Magic Leaf will likely not be shoveled by J & J until at least Monday.
It would be helpful to have vehicles that are presently parked along Magic Leaf moved off this street or parked only on the out-bound side of the street until the storm has passed and all snow clearing has been completed. Please keep the in-bound side of the street clear of parked vehicles to facilitate snow plowing.
Those on the single family home streets who normally park in the street, please move your vehicles to your driveway if at all possible so the snow plows can be most effective.
As a service to the community, please shovel the public sidewalks in front of your home, and, as always, please assist your neighbors who may need help with snow removal by shoveling the area in front of their homes. If you live near a fire hydrant please try to clear around it in case of a emergency.
