Please rake loose leaves to the curb. The grounds maintenance contractor will be conducting the final curb side leaf removal for the season on December 30th.

Bagged leaves will not be collect by the contractor. Bagged leaves are collected on recycling day via the trash service.

This date was added since the ground was covered in snow for the last pickup.

As part of the contract with our waste removal service we have access to a dumpster twice a year. A dumpster will be available Nov. 8th until November 12th.

Woodstream residents may dispose of tree limbs, brush, grass trimmings, and other biodegradable yard waste in this dumpster.  The dumpster is a convenient way for residents to dispose of items that they are unable to take to the dump. The dumpster is not intended for people to clean out their homes. Please focus on yards and areas behind the fences.

Dumping of material is limited to Woodstream residents only.

Please take this opportunity to tackle those landscaping and yard projects before winter is upon us. If you know a neighbor that may have some items that they cannot handle please offer to help them.

The annual meeting is tonight. Starts in a half hour.

Tree work will begin behind the townhomes on Wednesday, September 25th and will continue for several days. Workers from the “Strictly Stumps” tree service will be trimming the trees behind the townhomes’ rear fences in order to allow residents easier access to the rear of their properties. Please beware that workers may behind your home during the next few days. Tree work will also be done near the playground. The scheduled playground maintenance will begin Monday Aug 19th and continue until Tuesday the 20th. During this time the playground will be closed.
