2025 Leaf Collection

The first 2025 Fall curbside leaf collection is scheduled for Wednesday November 12th, weather dependent.

Please rake all loose leaves to the curb for collection. Please do not place leaves at curb more than a week in advance. Also, pay please pay attention to the weather, especially the wind. If it is going to be windy please wait for a calmer day to place them at the curb. 

You can rake leaves and place them in paper bags or container for yard waste pick up on Saturdays. 

A second curbside pickup will occur. We do not have the date yet.

Curbside Leaf pickup week of 11/21

Please rake loose leaves to the curb. The grounds maintenance contractor will be conducting curb side leaf removal from the community the week of November 21st, weather permitting.

Bagged leaves will not be collect by the contractor. Bagged leaves are collected on recycling day, Wednesday, via the trash service.

There will be a second collection later in the season, approximately the week of Dec 19th
