We’re reaching out again because we still need a volunteer to serve as our HOA Treasurer.

If you’ve considered getting more involved in the community, this is a great opportunity to help. No prior accounting or financial experience is required. Our current Treasurer is happy to help with the transition and show the new volunteer how everything works.

The time commitment is generally less than 5 hours per month, and the role involves working with the Board and our management company to review financial reports, monitor the HOA’s finances, and help keep our community financially sound.

We are planning to hold an informal meeting on August 25 for anyone who is interested in learning more about the position. There is no obligation to volunteer just because you attend—we’d simply like to answer questions and explain what’s involved.

The Board is still working with Patriot Disposal to get the remaining missed recycling picked up. We have contacted them again and are waiting for confirmation that they will complete the missed portion of the route.

Please leave your recycling containers out until the missed pickup has been completed.

The Board has been working to contact Patriot Disposal over the past two days regarding Wednesday’s missed recycling pickup. Unfortunately, Patriot’s systems were down yesterday and for much of today, which made it difficult to reach them.

We did receive an email response acknowledging the missed Wednesday pickup and indicating that they would address it. While some recycling was collected this afternoon, we are unsure why the entire route was not completed.

We have sent a follow-up email requesting an update and clarification and hope to receive more information tomorrow. We will share any new information with residents as soon as it becomes available.
