The scheduled playground maintenance will begin Monday Aug 19th and continue until Tuesday the 20th. During this time the playground will be closed.

The playground will be closed two days during the week of Aug. 19th for maintenance. The wood chips will be removed and new ones will be added. A more specific dates will be provided a few days before the project.

Woodstream Fourth of July Parade
What: Woodstream Neighborhood Parade for kids. Wear red, white & blue. Decorate your strollers, scooters, & bikes.
When:Â Thursday July 4th 9:30am starts at the playground
Route:Â Down Magic Leaf Road, left on Pohick Road, U-turn at Forest View and back to the playground for popsicles and prizes awarded for: Best Stroller, Best Scooter, & Best Bike

Parking Restrictions on Pebble Brook Court Wednesday
On Wednesday, June 5th, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be a NO PARKING ZONE in front of 7952, 7954, 7956, and 7958 Pebble Brook Court due to tree work. A crane is required to removed two hazardous trees behind these townhomes, and the crane will need room to maneuver in front of those addresses. On Wednesday morning, any vehicle parked in front of those addresses will be towed at the owner’s expense. If you have any questions, please contact HOA president Mike Hoover at 703-569-9833.
