The contract to repair the pothole on Pebble Brook has been signed. We are waiting for a project start date. The contractor said we do not need to move vehicles from the area during the work, but we recommended that if you have a vehicle in that area of Pebble Brook, that it be moved the day of the work. It will be dusty. Access may be limited during the work as well so if you live at the end of the street you will need to plan accordingly.

When we have more details we will provide it and also put up the sign boards.

We were just informed that the yard waste pick up schedule for today July 14th has been delayed once again to this Saturday. The reason cited in the letter refers to employees calling out due to heat exhaustion.

Patriot Disposal is having truck issues, as a result, yard waste pickup for today, July 7th, is delayed until Saturday. Please leave yard waste items where they are in case they can pick up sooner.

The annual Woodstream community yard sale is held the first Saturday of June. This year the sale will be held on June 5th, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Residents are encourage to set up along Magic Leaf Road for the most exposure.
