The concrete was poured last week and it is expected that the new boxes will be mounted Wednesday 3/20. Any mail remaining in the old boxes will be pulled out by the post office and re-delivered to the new boxes once installed. If you have not received your new key please reach out to the board.

The contractor is scheduled to start the initial work to replace the cluster boxes for the townhomes on Monday March 4th, weather dependent. They will first be pouring new concrete footings. After the concrete has cured, the new cluster boxes to be installed the week of March 11th. Again, all work is weather dependent and the schedule may shift. Some mailboxes may be temporarily moved while the work is occurring.
