The annual meeting will be held at 7pm on November 11th. The meeting will be in the cafeteria of Newington Forest Elementary school. Please consider volunteering to help the neighborhood.

There are two important trash service modifications below.

• Trash pickup will be starting at 6am Friday September 3rd because of the pothole repair.
• As a result of a county change, yard waste will now be collected on regular trash days, Tuesdays and Fridays. This will be in affect for at least two months.

The crew will be here between 7am and 8am,Friday, Sept 3rd, to start work on the pothole located on Pebble Brook Court. They have said traffic should be able to get by the work area. They may have to close it for a few minutes at a time but nothing long term.

We have contacted the trash company to see if they can push back their pick up time to later in the day. We are waiting on an answer.

The pothole repair on Pebble Brook Court has been rescheduled for Friday September 3rd. We do not know the exact time but will pass the information as we receive updates from the contractor.

The contractor has informed us that they will be repairing the pothole, located on Pebble Brook Ct. this Thursday, August 19, 2021. They plan to start the work around noon. The rain date for the repair is Saturday.

Closure information

Although they said that they do not need any cars moved, we recommend the cars in the area of the pothole repair, marked by the white spray paint on the road, move their vehicles from the area. There will be a lot of dust generated from the grinding.

For residents that live below the pothole, closer to the cul-de-sac, access may be restricted while the repair is being made. Plan accordingly. You may want to move your car to Magic Leaf road if you need to move through the area while they are working.
