Spring Home Inspections Planned
The Woodstream HOA Board of Directors will conduct our community’s annual architectural and property inspections in mid-April. These inspections ensure that each home’s exterior and landscaping are in compliance with the HOA’s covenants and architectural guidelines. After completion of the inspections, homeowners may receive a letter from the Board in early May outlining what maintenance is required to bring the exterior of their home or landscaping into compliance. The goal of these inspections is to maintain the appearance, integrity and property values of our community.
Curb Side Leaf Pickup
The grounds maintenance contractor will be conducting curb side leaf removal from the community the week of Dec 9th.  Please rake loose leaves to the curb. Bagged leaves will not be collect by the contractor. Bagged leaves are collected on recycling day via the trash service.
